We currently offer two types of contracts: Full Property Management and Maintenance Only. Both are billed on a schedule that is based on the number of units under contract. Please inquire on specific pricing.

Yes, our lease agreements comply with both Rhode Island and Massachusetts requirements. You are provided with a copy of all executed lease agreements on your properties.
