Renter Insurance
As a tenant at Tidewell Properties, it is required that renters insurance is maintained for the duration of your lease. We can provide competitive insurance that is part of your monthly rent. Please ask your leasing agent for additional details.
Credit Reporting
If you’re aspiring to purchase your own home, or just looking to improve your credit score, we can assist by reporting your on-time rent payments to the credit reporting agencies. Please ask your leasing agent for additional details.

Resident FAQ
How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit via your Rent Cafe app or by calling (401) 789-6700.
How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent directly through Rent Cafe, which accepts ACH as well as credit card.
How do I renew my lease?
Two months prior to end of your lease, a renewal form will be sent to you. You can also call the office at (401) 789-6700 to inquire on the status of your renewal.
When is rent due?
Rent is due by the 7th of every month.
Is there a late fee?
Yes, after the 7th a late fee of $75 will be applied.
What if I want to use my own renters insurance?
Thats great, you just need to submit the policy details to the office via [email protected] to obtain approval.
