Andy Rush

Andy has spent 35 years in the real estate industry, serving as CFO for developer’s and property managers.  Recently completed 300 luxury apartment units and 50,000 square feet of retail space in North Carolina. 

Will Litvin

Associate broker and co-owner of Lighthouse Real Estate Group, Will Litvin has been an active full-time Realtor since 2002. In that time, he has become one of South County’s top-producers and recipient of the KWAOR Circle of Excellence award for sales production during each of the past ten years. Will has broad experience in both the residential and commercial realms and enjoys assisting his clients with all aspects of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Will also has a passion for sustainable & high-performance homes which led him to acquire on-going specialized training & certification as a home energy auditor through the Building Performance Institute. He’s always glad to discuss home performance and energy efficiency and strives to make these topics part of the process when working with both buyers and sellers.

John Biafore

John brings over 25 years of hands-on experience across just about every corner of the real estate world. As Principal Broker and Co-Owner of Lighthouse Real Estate Group, he’s been a trusted guide for clients navigating residential and commercial real estate—whether it’s buying, selling, renting, building, or managing property. That broad experience gives John a well-rounded perspective and the ability to handle even the most complex transactions with confidence and clarity.

Over the years, John has worked with a wide range of clients—from first-time home buyers and students, to large financial institutions, developers, and commercial entities.  Known for his calm approach and deep knowledge of the industry, John works hard to make sure every client feels informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
